Energy Assessment and Testing
The initial part of the session includes ‘energy testing’ where Sue will assess your energy systems and look for blockages that need attention. This work focuses on promoting balance and flow in the body’s electromagnetic and subtle energies, allowing the energy patterns to remain in or return to a balanced state. Clients often notice their health and well-being enhanced right away. |
Energy Balancing
After energy testing, clients lie on a massage table (fully clothed) where Sue balances energy using techniques that involve certain postures, movements, touching, holding, pressing, tracing, or circling over specific areas of the skin, working in the ‘field’ (which is the area that surrounds the body). Sometimes it may feel like a massage but what is actually happening is that Sue is holding and 'buzzing' your acupressure points. |
Personalized Energy Self-Care Review
At the end of the session Sue teaches personal exercises to help you balance your own energies at home, empowering you to be an active part in your own energetic health. This is a vital part of energy medicine, and you will quickly learn that you are the most important part of your own healing. |

How often do I need to come for a session?
- Scheduled visits are very individualized and are usually determined after your initial session. It is totally up to the client as to how often they would like to get sessions.
- If a client is working on a specific issue that has been going on for some time, it may require more frequent visits initially to learn more of where the energy is chronically blocking and to keep it unblocked.
- For some clients, every 1-2 months is plenty. Clients just seeking total relaxation come in when they feel stress or need something in particular. The beauty of follow up visits is that the more the client does his/her personal care at home, the less he/she needs to come see a practitioner! Sue's goal is that client always be active in their own health and care for balance and healing.

How much does a session cost?
PROFESSIONAL FEES:
Typically most sessions last 60 minutes. If we decide to meet for longer or shorter sessions, your bill will be pro-rated on following schedule:
Initial Session 1.5 hrs: $100.00
60 min $ 75.00
90 min $ 100.00
120 min $ 110.00
Home Visit $90.00
Reduced Rate Packages are available and can be discussed at the Initial Session.
Professional courtesy: Please know that cancellations within 24 hrs of a scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 fee.
